Check In
Check in time – 4:00 PM
Please reach out if you would like to arrange for an early check-in, and we will see if it is possible to accommodate it based on other reservations. If available, the earliest possible check in is at 12:00 pm, and is an early check in fee of $100.00 per hour.
Check Out
Check out time – 10:00 AM
Unless otherwise agreed upon with management. Please respect the check out time so scheduled services can be maintained. If you need a late check out , request in advance ahead of time to insure we can arrange. There is a late check out fee of $100 an hour.
Upon check out ensure the following are completed
- Put all perishable food in the trash
- Do not leave any dirty dishes
- Remove all garbage to outside trash cans
- Turn off all lights, fans, and air conditioners
- Close and lock all doors, close windows
Codes
Please do not give out gate or house codes to anybody who are not on the lease agreement. Keep pedestrian gate, beach gate and driveway gate closed at all times.

House Rules
1 – NO SMOKING
Smoking inside or outside of the property of any kind is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in a $2,000.00 fine plus any additional remediation cost.
2 – Pets
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED under any circumstances.
3 & 4 – Registered Guest
Guest must be 21 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult. No more than 6 guest permitted overnight, 10 guest if studio is included in your rental. No guest beyond those listed on the agreement, unless agreed upon.
5 – Quiet Hours
Please be courteous to our neighbors, no noise outside from 10 pm – 8 am
6 – Parking
There is parking under the house for 1 vehicle and 2 more in the driveway. Other vehicles would need to park on the street.
7 – Parties & Events
No parties, events or gatherings are to be held in the house or on the premises. $5,000.00 fine if the Landlord receives official complaint from the police or any governmental agency.
8 – Furniture
Please do not sit on any furniture in wet swimwear or with suntan lotion on your body. Please no wet items placed on furniture or upholstery. Please use coasters provided to avoid stains on the wood and surfaces.
9 – No Outdoor shoes in the house
When returning from the beach, please rinse your feet before entering the home.
10 – Air Conditioning
Please turn off AC when not using the room. To be energy conscious, be sure to turn off AC when leaving the house.

Password for both – AlohaHouse (cap sensitive, one word)
2 – Sonos
Download free app and while non the house WiFi you will be able to enjoy music ij the Sonos system.
3 – Beach Towels
Beach towels have been provided for your use, please do not take regular bath towels or blankets on the beach.
4 – Supplies
There is a starter amount of basic supplies, please refresh as needed during your stay.
5 – Garbage
Please remove trash out of the home daily to avoid inviting bugs in. You will find garbage cans inside an enclosed bin by the front gate. Garbage pick up is early Tuesday and Friday. Place garbage cans on the street Monday and Thursday after 6 pm.
6 – Barbecue
Propane and charcoal BBQ’s are provided for your use, do not move on the lanai or under the house when in use.
7 – Induction Cooktop
The cooktop only works with induction pot and pans, the pans heat not the stovetop surface.Takes a bit of patience to get hot, then adjust accordingly. Please use soft damp sponge or cloth to clean stovetop. Nothing abrasive!
8 – Dishwasher
Please do not put cutting knives, wooden utensils and pots in dishwasher.
9 – Food Storage / Topical Pests
Please keep all food in the provided airtight containers or in the refrigerator. Please dispose of food scrapes properly. Fo to leave any food or dirty dishes in the sink or on the countertops. Keeping countertops and floors free from crumbs help reduce ants and other critters from moving In. It is the tropics , and not likely that they will be around ,but we do our very best to minimize. Please don’t take any food into the bedrooms and keep screen doors shut especially at night.
10 – Landscaping
Landscaper will be by each Tuesday to maintain the yard.
11 – Sprinkler System
In an effort to provide a beautiful and healthy lawn sprinklers are scheduled in to run in the early morning. Please do not adjust the sprinkler system. If needed Damon can adjust to accommodate your needs in this area.
12 – Security Cameras
There are 2 cameras on the property outside the home. One facing the ocean and one facing the street.
13 – Property Management
If you have any questions , concerns or special request, you can reach out to Damon Darchuck 808 371-9064. Damon will be on property twice weekly. Our goal is to ensure your vacation is stress-free and filled with wonderful memories.
